Webster-Windsor Insulation
Company Overview

The Company
Webster-Windsor Insulation was founded in May of 2006 by Marvin Dan and Jacquie Webster, with Jacquie's daughter, Jennifer Windsor, as a joint partner. Serving residential and commercial customers, the company is committed to providing professional, quality work and service. Their goal is to exceed their customers' expectations at all times.

History
Previously, Marv and Jacquie owned Marv Webster Insulation. That company, which Marv started in 1981, was a multi-million dollar company and one of the six major residential insulation applicators in the Twin Cities at the time it was sold in 2000.

During its first year, Marv Webster Insulation did 150 housing units. In 1986, it did 2,200. And the company continued to grow. Most of their work was large-scale new construction for companies like Borson and Kraus-Anderson, or smaller custom-home builders. The rest was retrofitting and reinsulating for Minnegasco and North Central Public Service Company under their energy-conservation incentive plans.

Marv Webster
Marv Webster has worked in the insulation industry for over 35 years. Beginning as an installer in 1968, he worked for Builders Insulation for four years. He spent the next four years working as the marketing manager for B&C Insulation, followed by five years as the owner of Town and Country Insulation and Penguin Insulation. By the time Marv started Marv Webster Insulation, he had acquired a thorough knowledge of every phase of the insulation business. His knowledge, combined with his business sense and management style, continue to serve Marv well.

Jacquie Webster
Jacquie Webster is the company's administrator and marketing specialist. She is in charge of accounts payable for Webster-Windsor Insulation and Webster Home Services, as well as inside sales, customer relations, collections, and charitable contributions. Additionally, as the company's employees would agree, Jacquie is the heart and soul of both companies.

Jennifer Windsor
Jennifer Windsor headed the Sales and Marketing Department for Marv Webster Insulation for more than five years before the company was sold. She worked in the construction industry for four years following the sale and returned to the family business in 2004.
